It is important that you listen to your audio downloads frequently and take yourself through all of the exercises until you have mastered these skills.


Tier One: Engaging in the relaxation exercises allows you to release all your anxiety and tension.  When this happens your thoughts naturally turn inward, and you tune out everything going on around you. 

Tier Two: Tier One permits you to access your very suggestible inner mind as you are in a very relaxed state.  In this state of ‘self-hypnosis’ the images (your success goals) that you conjure up are unquestioned and are accepted as ‘real’ by your powerful inner mind (your subconscious).  When this happens, you have put into motion a very powerful automatic guidance system (autopilot or Psycho-Cybernetic system) that works tirelessly behind the scenes to move you towards your goals. 

Tier Three: As you practice this combination of relaxation and visual imagery, you reinforce your movement towards your goals that are represented by the images you provide to your subconscious.  This ongoing mental rehearsal of what you want to achieve, where you want to be, how you want to feel, and how you want to behave reinforces the direction of your powerful inner ‘autopilot’.  Even as you go about your daily activities, you can take a brief mental break to engage in your rehearsal imagery.  As you continually rehearse your success images, you will understand and appreciate the truism … “we become what we think about most of the time”.
