Your mind and body communicate regularly, and as one goes so does the other. Here’s your challenge … seems simple but, in fact, is difficult to maintain.
…Move at a rate that is about 25 – 30% slower than you ‘normally’ move for the entire day — from sun-up to sun-down — regardless of what you are doing. The message you communicate to your brain is that you are relaxed and everything is under control. Your mind will respond in kind and relax. You will feel a sense of well-being and calmness.
Make moving more slowly a habit and enjoy the benefits. Remember, it works!
